Corken’s regenerative turbine pump is known as a Coro-Flo® and has a strong reputation in the LPG industry for being a long lasting pump. The free-floating impeller minimized wear and delivers years of trouble free service. The Coro-Flo turbine pump is a continuous duty pump and is an excellent choice for lower flows and moderate to high differential pressures. The liquid is circulated between the teeth of an impeller that rotates between the pump casing and head. Since the Coro-Flo is designed with a free-floating impeller, there is no metal-to-metal contact so maintenance requirements are minimized.

We offer several models of regenerative turbine pumps with a wide range of differential pressures and capacities. Each product group below is designed for a specific capacity and mounting configuration. While each model is ideal for LPG (propane & butane) and agricultural ammonia, they are well suitable for numerous other liquefied gases as well. To find a regenerative turbine pump for your application, select one of models listed below.

HDP Turbine Pump Packages

  • Ideal for high differential pressure (HDP) applications
  • Available in a frame mount (FF-Model) or a direct mount (DLF-Model) only
  • A frame mount utilizes a coupling, coupling guard, and mounts to a baseplate
  • A direct mount supports both the pump and the motor and eliminates the need for a coupling guard, baseplate, and alignment issues

Operating Specifications

  • Flow rates up to 50 gpm (189.3 l/min)
  • Working pressures up to 400 psi (27.6 bar)
  • Differential pressures up to 250 psi (17.2 bar)
  • Temperature range: -25 to 225 °F (-32 to 107 °C)
  • Viscosities up to 400 SSU (88 cSt)
